The signature restaurant. A short, seasonal menu built around native-breed beef, root vegetables and a small raw bar. The kitchen closes at 22:15; the room stays open for drinks until 23:30.

No. This site takes enquiries only. Our team can pass a restaurant request to the venue, but a table is not confirmed until the venue confirms.
